DevOps Support Consultant - Night Shift

Role 
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Linux and Windows environments.
 
Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support in a night shift environment (3 consecutive days for a 12-hour shift).
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Monitor cloud-based systems and applications to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues.
• Work with Linux and Windows environments, including basic server and database administration.
• Collaborate with platform owners to identify and implement monitoring requirements.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support deployment automation.
• Assist in log analysis and incident management to ensure system stability

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps Support roles.
• ⁠Kubernetes certification (CKA) would be plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
