Role:
As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing B2B digital marketing campaigns focused on account-based marketing (ABM), paid social, and paid search initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive pipeline growth, audience engagement, and campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
You will leverage your expertise in platforms such as 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing technologies to execute data-driven campaigns, optimize audience targeting strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with marketing and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize B2B demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns
Manage and execute campaigns using the 6sense platform including audience segmentation, intent data activation, and campaign optimization
Develop and manage Paid Social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn, with additional exposure to Meta platforms as a plus
Manage PPC/Paid Search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs, conversion metrics, engagement, and ROI
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign strategies with business objectives and target audience needs
Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports using analytics and reporting tools
Support audience targeting, account segmentation, and lead generation strategies for B2B marketing initiatives
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure effective campaign execution and lead flow management
Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to support campaign operations and reporting workflows
Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing, ABM, paid media, and analytics
Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently within timelines, budgets, and performance expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Hands-on experience with the 6sense platform including campaign execution, audience segmentation, and intent data activation
Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
Experience with PPC/Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Strong B2B marketing experience with exposure to demand generation and digital campaign management
Ability to work with overlap during US business hours across ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, targeting strategies, lead generation, and performance marketing
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing, or consulting environments
Nice to Have:
Experience with ABM strategy and execution
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce
Experience with display advertising and programmatic marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and reporting skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms
Prior agency, consulting, or contractor experience
Exposure multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns and attribution models.
