Role 

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience who will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, developing, documenting, and communicating business transaction flows to achieve organizational objectives. They will act as liaisons between business partners and IT teams, ensuring effective technical solutions are provided and fostering strong relationships. 

Responsibilities
  • Establishes and maintains liaison relationships with business partners and IT teams to provide effective technical solutions.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve and deepen relationships between IT teams and business partners.
  • Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
  • May assess business needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities. 
  • Develops, writes, and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions.
  • Document current and future business flows and models, using Visio.
  • Provide assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection).
  • Provides support (i.e., creating reports, research, and documentation) for the analysis of business satisfaction data.
  • Supports efforts to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on work experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of banking transaction flows.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio diagramming tool or similar software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Note: Please note that this is an onsite role. The resource will be required to work 5 days a week at the customer premises.
