Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive Finance (Accounts Payable) for our Karachi office. This is a night-shift role, responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance, and timely vendor payments.

Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive Finance (Accounts Payable) for our Karachi office. This is a night-shift role, responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance, and timely vendor payments.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelines
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and approvals
- Ensure correct accounting treatment, cost center allocation, and tax application
- Record invoices in the ERP system and maintain complete documentation
- Prepare payment runs and coordinate timely vendor payments
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accounts payable dashboards and aging reports
- Follow up on pending invoices and payment issues
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist internal and external audits by providing required schedules and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Partial professional certifications (ACCA, CA, CMA) will be an added advantage
- 3–4 years of relevant experience (additional experience is acceptable)
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and basic accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (reconciliations, lookups, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT)
- Willing to work for a full-time onsite position in Karachi (5 days a week)
