About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate – Business Development to support our international sales and pre-sales operations. In this role, you will work closely with clients—primarily US-based—and assist in qualifying leads, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting the pre-sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who want to grow in sales, client engagement, and business consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and conduct initial outreach to assess fit.
  • Support end-to-end pre-sales activities, from first contact to proposal preparation.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Coordinate between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
  • Participate in client presentations and demos.
  • Gather and document client requirements and business needs.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities and improving sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate follow-ups, CRM updates, and activity tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development.
  • Strong communication skills—excellent English is essential for US client interaction.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate requirements effectively.
  • Comfortable with outreach, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
