Role

We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead business analysis, solution design, ERP configuration, and client-facing engagements for NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong finance domain expertise and be capable of aligning business processes with NetSuite best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, business process assessments, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
  • Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and saved searches based on business needs.
  • Lead and support NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
  • Develop functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training sessions, deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
  • Advise clients on NetSuite best practices, process improvements, and system optimization opportunities.
  • Support project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience in implementation, configuration, and business process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of: 
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Financial Reporting
    • Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Tax Management
    • Multi-Currency Accounting
  • Strong understanding of: 
    • Chart of Accounts
    • Subsidiaries and Intercompany Accounting
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
    • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Hands-on experience in: 
    • Requirements Gathering
    • Business Process Mapping
    • NetSuite Configuration
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • End-User Training
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders.
