Workday Developer (Contractual)

Requirements:

We are looking for a “Workday Developer”. Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 5 – 6 years of development experience, with at least 3 years of experience working on Workday platform (particularly around integrations and integration testing)

Responsibilities

• Examine the business needs and translate them into technological solutions following the best practices of Workday.
• Participate and/or lead specific integrations with focus on delivery and engineering best practices.
• Facilitate communication and information flow between business partners and project teams to refine requirements and deliver project goals.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills with can do attitude
• 3+ year(s) Workday HCM experience with other modules
• Have hands on with designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio.
• Experience with Workday security requirements, upgrades & new feature management.
• Experience with developing integrations using web service SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT, JSON on the Workday platform.
• Experience with testing Workday integrations.
