Senior Software Consultant - UI/UX - Afternoon Shift

Role 

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in building responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces based on the Figma designs. This role requires deep expertise in front-end technologies and a strong eye for usability, accessibility, and performance. The ideal candidate will focus on implementing modern HTML5 and CSS3 standards, ensuring design fidelity, cross-browser compatibility, and adherence to accessibility guidelines (WCAG). A solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript for interactive elements is essential, along with close collaboration with designers and front-end engineers to deliver high-quality UI that meets performance and usability standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the development of complex, user-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React 

• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions 

• Architect, build, and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries using Storybook 

• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, design consistency and UI best practices 

• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to shape UI strategy and technical direction 

• Optimize application performance and accessibility using Lighthouse and other tools 

• Conduct UI code reviews and mentor junior UI/UX developers 

• Implement automated testing strategies using Jest 

• Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and technical decision-making 

• Document UI standards, components, and best practices 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end UI development 

• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and React 

• Strong experience with Storybook and component-driven development 

• Hands-on expertise with Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks 

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and performance optimization 

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest 

• Proven ability to build scalable front-end architectures 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 

Nice to Have 

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and front-end tooling 

• Familiarity with UX research processes and usability testing 

• Background working with global or enterprise clients
