Role
We are seeking a highly driven Manager Financial Operations to lead and manage core financial functions, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and effective cash and working capital management. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Role
We are seeking a highly driven Manager Financial Operations to lead and manage core financial functions, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and effective cash and working capital management. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial planning support.
- Prepare and review financial and management reports, providing meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Manage, mentor, and coach junior finance team members to enhance performance and capability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in AP/AR, treasury, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in team management and people development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT).
- Willing to work for a full-time onsite position in Karachi (5 days a week).
