Role 

10Pearls is seeking a Principal Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, and enterprise-level integrations. In this role, you will architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead platform transformation initiatives, and provide strategic consulting to shape long-term Salesforce roadmaps. Alongside guiding technical teams, you will mentor developers and admins, drive best practices, and contribute to building high-performing, innovative digital experiences. 

Responsibilities 

  • Advanced knowledge of configuration/customization of the platform. 

  • Ability to propose and devise solutions with little to no code. 

  • Assisting the Architect and coordinating technical aspect of software development activities including design, architecture, development and implementation of applications. 

  • Identify and implement opportunities for development process improvement like evaluating and adopting new technologies and platforms, best practices and patterns, creating reusable components & frameworks, etc. 

  • Provide strategic platform consulting, shaping long-term infrastructure plans that align with clients’ business objectives. 

  • Act as focal point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects. 

  • Ensure project delivery on time along with adherence to code and quality standards. 

  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 

  • Knowledge of platform marketplace products, their development lifecycle and best practices. 

  • Lead platform transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability and security for enterprise clients. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, influencing infrastructure strategies at a strategic level. 

  • Awareness of all available editions of the platform and their pricing model. 

  • Leverage AI features of the platform to improve productivity of developers and users. 

  • Awareness on various backup strategies to mitigate risk. 

  • Leverage version control and CI/CD features to ensure smooth deployments. 

  • Ensure code quality/compliance with Static Code Analyzers (such as Apex PMD, ESLint etc.) 

     Requirements 

  • 9+ years of Salesforce experience with strong development skills in Apex (triggers, batch, async processing, platform events). 

  • Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), including reusable frameworks and performance optimization. 

  • Proficiency in Visualforce for legacy support and modernization. 

  • Ability to maintain, refactor, and extend Aura Components. 

  • Expertise in custom theme development for Experience Cloud. 

  • Skilled in building scalable digital experiences using Aura, LWC, and custom themes. 

  • Ability to integrate external content and identity management solutions. 

  • Knowledge of case classification, predictive intelligence, and workflow automation. 

  • Strong expertise in REST API, SOAP, and Web Services development. 

  • Experience with middleware integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). 

  • Skilled in event-driven integrations using Platform Events and Change Data Capture. 

  • Proficiency in secure authentication with OAuth2, SSO, and Identity Provider configurations. 

  • Experience with Copado/Salesforce DevOps/Gearset deployment management (pipelines, version control, CI/CD best practices). 

  • Strong understanding of Git-based branching strategies for Salesforce delivery. 

  • Hands-on with test automation integration (e.g., Apex tests). 

  • Expertise in environment strategy including sandboxes, scratch orgs, and managed/unmanaged/unlocked packages. 

  • Proven ability to design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 

  • Strong background in scalable and high-performance data model design. 

  • Governance expertise in coding standards, security reviews, and best practices. 

  • Experience in leading discovery sessions, workshops, and creating technical roadmaps for enterprise clients. 

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, admins, and functional consultants. 

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and Lightning App Builder with all best practices. 

  • Expertise in understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices to overcome them. 

  • Effective use of platform-specific debugging tools and handling (e.g. Apex Replay Debugger). 

  • Strong skills in performance optimization and system monitoring. 

  • Expertise in data extraction (SOQL, APIs), transformation (cleansing, deduplication), and loading (Data Loader, Workbench). 

  • Good grip on Connected Apps, GraphQL API, Pub/Sub API and Metadata API development or implementation.
