Staff/Senior Software Consultant - .Net Full Stack + Data Science

Role 

10Pearls is seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Consultant with expertise in .NET, React, Azure, and Data Science to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, data-driven web applications while integrating advanced data science techniques to address complex business challenges. Leveraging your expertise in .NET-based backend development, React for front-end, and Azure cloud services, you will contribute to building innovative and efficient solutions. You will play a critical role in data-driven decision-making, implementing machine learning models, and optimizing system performance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle. 
 

Responsibilities 
 

• Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design, and implementation of applications. 

• Serve as a principal developer in project teams, providing expert guidance on business and technical matters. 

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, fostering team cohesion and collaboration. 

• Act as a point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects and work streams. 

• Proactively plan and strategize with the team, identifying potential issues and suggesting workable alternatives. 

• Mentor technical staff, assist where needed, and lead efforts in resolving technical challenges. 

• Guide and participate in recruiting top technical talent for the team. 

• Fulfill all responsibilities of a Software Engineer. 

     Requirements 

• Develop and maintain robust full-stack applications using .NET for the backend and React for the frontend. 

• Design and implement data science models and machine learning algorithms to enhance application functionality. 

• Work on Azure cloud services for deployment, scaling, and maintaining applications. 

• Create and manage APIs to support seamless data integration between services. 

• Build interactive dashboards and data visualization components to display insights in a user-friendly manner. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver solutions. 

• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability. 

• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to build and manage data pipelines and storage solutions. 

• Stay updated on the latest trends in .NET development, front-end technologies, Azure, and data science frameworks. 

 Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 4-6 years of .NET experience (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) with a strong understanding of backend development. 

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory. 

• Knowledge of data science techniques, such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data clustering. 

• Strong experience with SQL databases and familiarity with NoSQL databases. 

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and libraries like D3.js. 

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
