We are seeking an experienced Manager – Core Banking Delivery (Flexcube) with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of change requests, system enhancements, and production support for core banking applications.
This position requires a balanced techno-functional profile (50% functional / 50% technical), ensuring seamless alignment between business requirements and system capabilities while maintaining high delivery standards and system stability.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Core Banking Delivery (Flexcube) with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of change requests, system enhancements, and production support for core banking applications.
This position requires a balanced techno-functional profile (50% functional / 50% technical), ensuring seamless alignment between business requirements and system capabilities while maintaining high delivery standards and system stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Change Requests (CRs) and URFs for FLEXCUBE core banking.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Perform system analysis, impact assessment, and solution design.
- Lead test scope definition, test case reviews, and UAT support.
- Execute product walkthroughs, POCs, internal testing, and change implementations (parameterization & code changes).
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) across key FLEXCUBE modules (Payments, CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Interest & Charges, etc.).
- Provide guidance to development teams on banking concepts and validate system functionality.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and ensure minimal business impact.
- Manage API mapping awareness and module-level configurations.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, parameterization, and customizations.
- Ensure delivery excellence, service optimization, and adherence to SLAs.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory, audit, and security standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth handover to production support (RUN team).
- Manage and mentor distributed teams (onshore, offshore, outsourced).
- Ensure adherence to change management processes and quality standards.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (11.2 & 14 versions).
- Strong exposure to core banking modules (CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, GL, Channels, etc.).
- Techno-functional expertise with hands-on experience in parameterization and code support.
- Experience in business analysis within banking projects (FCUBS).
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing lifecycle, and change management practices.
- Experience working with OBDX, OBPM, OBTF (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of retail banking and banking operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including RCA.
