Intern DevOps Support - Afternoon/Evening Shift

Role:
We are actively seeking DevOps Support Interns to Monitor system and application performance using tools like Prometheus/Grafana and Zabbix. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate incidents to seniors where necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. 
• Participate in system maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and availability. 
• Monitor system and application performance using tools like Prometheus/Grafana and Zabbix.
• Respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate incidents to seniors where necessary. 
• Help build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub. 
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for marking ticket as resolved.
• Document processes, incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.  
• Strong documentation skills for system configuration, processes, and tools. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to document issues and communicate solutions.
• Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
