Role
10Pearls is hiring for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on database development and optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in T-SQL, Python, and C#/.NET, with a solid understanding of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Experience building and maintaining scalable systems using modern full-stack practices is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications.
Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert.
Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals.
Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues.
Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality.
Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives.
Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams.
Promote team cohesion and foster a collaborative working environment.
Requirements
Over 4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on database development and performance optimization.
Expertise in T-SQL, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Proficient in C#/.NET and Python for backend development and system integration.
Experienced with Azure DevOps, including configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
Skilled in RESTful API development and integration
Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
Proficient in Git, with adherence to version control best practices.
Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments, actively contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and code reviews.
Committed to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
