Staff/Senior Software Consultant - UiPath RPA

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and identify potential automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath platform to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
• Create detailed documentation including process design documents, technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Configure and customize UiPath robots to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Test and debug automation scripts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the use of UiPath robots and automation tools.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and technologies.
• Monitor and maintain deployed robots, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes and automation solutions.
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and compliance requirements related to RPA development and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath platform, including process automation, screen scraping, and workflow design.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath automation tools, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration with APIs.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• UiPath certification(s) such as UiPath Certified Advanced Developer is a plus.
• Certified Automation Anywhere
• Experience on any other automation tool like Blue Prism will be plus
• Knowledge of web services and APIs, and experience with REST, SOAP, and JSON.
