Role
We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager who will be both the storyteller and brand ambassador for 10Pearls. This role expands beyond tactical execution, we need a player coach would will be able to shape the company’s brand narrative, driving visibility across key markers and translating out technology expertise into compelling needs that's resonate with our clients and partners. Applicants with in Agencies or with MNC or Tech Industry would have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Refine 10Pearls brand identity and voice across all channels, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Position 10Pearls as a trusted innovation partner through storytelling, thought leadership, and content that demonstrates impact and expertise.
Develop an integrated marketing strategy (digital, content, events, and partnerships) that supports lead generation, talent acquisition, and brand equity.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing 10Pearls at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
Partner with in-house performance marketing team to support marketing initiatives, from campaign planning to performance tracking, ensuring initiatives are data-informed and aligned with growth objectives.
Partner with creative, content, and design teams to produce high-quality assets and experiences
Collaborate with business development and client teams to create compelling proposal content, case studies, and client success stories.
Ensure the 10Pearls website and digital platforms effectively communicate the brand story, capabilities, and differentiators.
Track and report key marketing KPIs (ROI, funnel performance, engagement metrics) to guide strategy and decision-making.
Monitor global market and industry trends, identifying opportunities to position 10Pearls ahead of the curve.
Mentor and guide marketing team members to foster creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Managing branding & corporate communications in line with the company brand and values
Managing all marketing campaigns on a company-wide level (internal & external) along with documentation and reporting
Managing research of overall marketing ideas in line with the company brand and values and based on a comprehensive understanding of the organization
Maintain a relationship with industry professionals, publication houses and and have them attend 10P events
Represent 10Pearls at industry events for company services promotion, recruitment activities and other events
Guide and collaborate with design and content team to create marketing collateral like brochures, standee, flyers and/or any other promotional material
Responsible for the management and updating of 10Pearls website
Oversee the content for and manage internal newsletter
Proactively follow current marketing trends in IT Industry and align organizational marketing activities accordingly
Responsible for managing all corporate communications and design of proposals to prospective clients
Attend meetings with business development to understand client needs during initial engagements
Create marketing newsletters and manage lists of prospects. Target these prospects to deliver promotional materials to them frequently
Requirements
A variety of academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business and other fields. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Masters’ preferred)
Outstanding in verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
At least 8 years of progressive experience in Marketing , with proven success in strategic brand management, content leadership or B2B marketing
Strong ability to translate complex technology and service offerings into compelling narratives
Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute
Experience in tech, consulting, or agency environments is high preferred
Proactive, Creative and collaborative mindset with a passion for elevating brands and driving measurable impact
Solid analytical and time management skills
Ability to manage cross functional teams
