About the Role
10Pearls is looking for Staff/Senior Software Consultant - Angular to join our engineering team and contribute to long-term software development engagements. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in modern Angular, with experience building scalable front-end applications and working with RxJS, GraphQL, and Playwright automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality front-end applications using Angular.
- Work with modern versions of Angular (20+) and apply best practices for component-based development.
- Build reactive and efficient applications using RxJS and reactive programming patterns.
- Integrate front-end applications with GraphQL APIs and manage data efficiently.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components and solutions.
- Write and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, QA, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years strong professional experience in Angular development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular 20+ or recent versions of Angular.
- Strong understanding of RxJS and reactive programming.
- Experience working with GraphQL and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles, architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience building responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience with modern front-end architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based development environments.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or contributing to technical leadership.
