Staff/Senior Software Engineer - Python + React (Afternoon Shift)

Role 

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python (with frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI) and front-end development using React. The candidate should also have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Knowledge of unit testing and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable code is essential.  

Responsibilities  

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack solutions using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and React. 
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring coding standards are met. 
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability 
• Implement and manage cloud services on AWS or Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are cutting-edge. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements 

•  Master’s/ bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputed University 
•  5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Python and React. 
• Excellent programming and analytical skills with knowledge of design patterns 
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation 
• Strong object-oriented design and understanding of system architecture 
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). 
• Knowledge of database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. 
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker is preferred 
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
