Role
10Pearls is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves hands-on development with Apex and Lightning Web Components, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on Salesforce best practices and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Advanced knowledge of configuration/customization of the platform.
Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design and implementation of applications.
As a seasoned resource and principal developer in project teams, provide expert opinion and guidance on business & technical matters.
Takes on additional responsibilities as and when required and encourages cohesion & team building.
Acts as a point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects.
Proactively plan and strategize with team on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives.
Mentors the other technical staff, assists them where needed and leads the effort in resolving technical challenges.
Guide and participate in recruiting the best technical talent for the team.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and migration tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning architecture and Salesforce DX with source-driven development practices.
Experience working with AppExchange applications and commonly used Salesforce tools.
In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and best practices.
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ethical standards, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, or other source control systems.
Industry experience in Financial Services or Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) is preferred.
Salesforce Certified Developer certification is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
