Staff/Senior Software Consultant - VueJS + Laravel

Role  

10Pearls is hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Vue.js 3 and Laravel. You'll be responsible for building responsive frontends and robust backend APIs, delivering scalable, secure web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with component-based architecture, RESTful API development, and modern PHP best practices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to code reviews, and help drive continuous improvement.  

Responsibilities  

• Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design and implementation of applications   

• As a seasoned resource and principal developer in project teams, provide expert opinion and guidance on business & technical matters   

• Takes on additional responsibilities as and when required and encourage cohesion & team building   

• Acts as a point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects   

• Proactively plan and strategize with team on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives   

• Mentors the other technical staff, assists them where needed and leads the effort in resolving technical challenges   

Requirements  

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js (preferably Vue 3)  

• Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management (Vuex/Pinia)  

• Proficiency in Laravel and PHP, with experience in building RESTful APIs  

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript  

• Experience integrating frontend and backend systems effectively  

• Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL or other relational databases  

• Understanding of version control systems like Git  

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments  

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code  

• Good communication and collaboration skills
