Staff/Senior Software Consultant - Java/Python/Go + AWS

Role  

10Pearls is looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and modern backend technologies to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of microservices architecture, be proficient in building RESTful APIs, and be familiar with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.You will work closely with UI teams to define and implement API contracts, ensure code quality through reviews and best practices, and actively contribute to system architecture and performance optimization. Experience in the network security domain is a plus. 

Responsibilities:  

• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications. 

• Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert. 

• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals. 

• Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues. 

• Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality. 

• Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives. 

• Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams. 

• Promote team cohesion and foster a collaborative working environment. 

Requirements: 

• 6+years of professional experience, Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following tech stacks: Java (Spring Boot preferred), C/C++, Python, or Go. 

• Strong backend design expertise with a focus on modularity, reusability, and scalability. 

• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. 

• Experience working with microservices architecture. 

• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (K8s). 

• Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL databases. 

• Experience in the network security domain is a plus. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the frontend UI team to define and implement API contracts.
