Role  

10Pearls is looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and modern backend technologies to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of microservices architecture, be proficient in building RESTful APIs, and be familiar with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. You will work closely with UI teams to define and implement API contracts, ensure code quality through reviews and best practices, and actively contribute to system architecture and performance optimization. Experience in the network security domain is a plus. 

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, design, and technical direction for large-scale projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.  

• Lead technical reviews and ensure that high-quality standards, including company engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, security), are met across projects.   

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align technology with business needs and influence technical decisions.   

• Actively mentor and guide engineers at all levels, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.   

• Embrace a consulting mindset by identifying opportunities to improve business processes through innovative technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.   

•  Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.   

•  Acts as a point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects   

• Engage in continuous learning of industry trends, tools, and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, solution design, and cloud-based architecture. 

• Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot (preferred); experience with C/C++, Python, or Go is a plus. 

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture. 

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. 

• Experience in designing modular, reusable, and scalable backend code. 

• Experience in Unit Testing using Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or similar frameworks. 

• Good understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Kubernetes (K8s). 

• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the frontend UI team to define and implement API contracts.
