Role

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Design Consultant - Digital Learning to support the design, development, and implementation of digital learning solutions that drive workforce capability and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building digital learning pathways, supporting technology-enabled learning initiatives, and enabling organization-wide digital upskilling across areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies. This role requires a blend of learning design expertise, stakeholder management, innovation, and a data-driven approach to measuring learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the organization's digital learning strategy.
• Identify capability gaps and learning needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.
• Create scalable learning programs, pathways, and digital curricula aligned with business priorities.
• Design, curate, and develop engaging digital learning content using modern authoring tools and learning technologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful learning interventions.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital learning platforms, learning pathways, assessments, and accreditation mechanisms.
• Leverage innovative learning methodologies, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled tools to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
• Measure learning effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support digital adoption initiatives and broader organizational upskilling efforts.
• Manage multiple learning projects independently while ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across Learning & Development, technology, and business teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, digital learning, or program development.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or regulated environment is preferred.
• Formal L&D certifications or qualifications are an advantage. 
• Strong experience with digital learning authoring tools including Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem and workplace productivity tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, digital learning technologies, and learning experience platforms (LXPs/LMS).
• Understanding of digital learning strategies, digital adoption programs, and technology-enabled learning initiatives.
• Experience designing assessments, learning pathways, and capability frameworks. 
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and leadership levels.
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management abilities.
• Capability to translate business needs into measurable learning outcomes.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality results independently.
