Role 

We are looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition having a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with 5 plus years of experience as a Technical Recruiter. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to closure for assigned roles 
  • Align with hiring managers on role expectations, timelines, and feasibility 
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring roles 
  • Use AI tools as a standard way of working for sourcing, screening, and talent discovery 
  • Track and improve key metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and closures 
  • Share clear, data-backed updates with stakeholders 
  • Ensure process discipline across ATS, SLAs, and hiring workflows 
  • Manage candidate experience and offer negotiations end-to-end 
  • Support mentoring of junior team members and team capability building 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment 
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and niche hiring 
  • Hands-on use of AI tools across hiring workflows 
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills 
  • Ability to operate with ownership, accountability, and a business-aligned mindset
