Role
10Pearls is seeking an Associate Manager – Finance & Accounts to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring accurate revenue recognition in line with contractual terms and applicable accounting standards, along with timely tax compliance and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong coordination with internal stakeholders, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities
• Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle including contract review, revenue recording, invoicing, collections tracking, and reconciliation.
• Ensure revenue recognition is accurate and aligned with contractual terms and applicable accounting standards.
• Maintain and update contracts and supporting documentation related to revenue.
• Perform monthly closing activities related to revenue and receivables.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of the complete O2C cycle.
• Manage monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
• Oversee monthly tax compliances and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualification and MBA Finance is a plus).
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), revenue accounting, and tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and applicable tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
