Role 

10Pearls is seeking an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in .NET, MongoDB, and AWS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Utilizing your deep knowledge of .NET-based microservices, MongoDB database design, and AWS cloud services, you will contribute to building efficient and high-performing solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead development efforts, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle. 
 
Responsibilities 
 

• Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design, and implementation of applications. 
• Serve as a principal developer in project teams, providing expert guidance on business and technical matters. 
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, fostering team cohesion and collaboration. 
• Act as a point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects and work streams. 
• Proactively plan and strategize with the team, identifying potential issues and suggesting workable alternatives. 
• Mentor technical staff, assist where needed, and lead efforts in resolving technical challenges. 
• Guide and participate in recruiting top technical talent for the team. 
• Fulfill all responsibilities of a Software Engineer. 

 
   Requirements 

• 5–7+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on backend systems and APIs. 
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API design and development. 
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database design, queries, and performance optimization. 
• Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, and CloudFormation. 
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. 
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. 
• Experience in front-end development, especially on Angular is good to have. 
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. 
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for cloud deployments. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
