Role Overview 

We are looking for a seasoned Staff/Senior Platform Consultant specializing in UiPath and Power Automate to lead the development of high-impact automation solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, architect workflows, and ensure best-in-class delivery. This role combines technical depth with strong consulting skills, helping shape automation standards and mentor junior engineers. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in transforming business processes through automation. 

Responsibilities 

• Advanced knowledge of configuration/customization of the platform. 

• Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design and implementation of applications. 

• Architect complex platform solutions, integrating automation, scalability, and security to meet client objectives. 

• As a seasoned resource and principal developer in project teams, provide expert opinion and guidance on business & technical matters. 

• Takes on additional responsibilities as and when required and encourages cohesion & team building. 

• Acts as a point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects. 

• Proactively plan and strategize with team on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives. 

• Lead client engagements focused on infrastructure modernization and platform efficiency. 

• Oversee large-scale platform deployments, ensuring alignment with long-term client goals. 

• Mentors the other technical staff, assists them where needed and leads the effort in resolving technical challenges. 

• Guide and participate in recruiting the best technical talent for the team. 

• Create design artifacts e.g. ERD, blueprints, security matrix, flow/solution diagrams, deployment plan etc. 

• Provide estimations for projects on any domain. 

• Perform R&D and POCs on newly released features on the platform. 

• Customize the frontend and backend of the platform. 

• Provide extensive training to associates. 

• Understanding platform limitations and ensure that solutions do not fail due to platform limits. 

Requirements 

• 4–7+ years of experience in automation engineering, workflow automation, or digital transformation roles. 

• Deep proficiency in UiPath, including process design, Orchestrator, REFramework, exception handling, and end-to-end automation delivery. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly: Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, connectors, custom connectors), Power Apps (canvas & model-driven apps) and Power BI (optional but preferred) 

• Familiarity with additional automation tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, ABBYY, Kofax, or similar. 

• Good understanding of workflow logic, process mapping, and ability to conceptualize automation from business requirements. 

• Experience with OCR, AI/ML services, NLP, or intelligent document processing tools is an advantage. 

• Working knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred), Logic Apps, and SharePoint integrations. 

• Experience delivering automation projects in Agile environments and following established SDLC standards. 

• Ability to evaluate automation feasibility, conduct assessments, and provide architectural recommendations. 

Preferred Skills:

• UiPath Developer or UiPath Architect certifications. 

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-400, PL-200). 

• Experience supporting both on-premise and cloud-based automation deployments.
