Role
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Sales & Service Cloud along with experience in Apex & LWC. The candidate will be responsible for developing custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features and functionality. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
Ability to propose and devise solutions with little to no code.
Assisting the Architect and coordinating technical aspect of software development activities including design, architecture, development and implementation of applications.
Identify and implement opportunities for development process improvement like evaluating and adopting new technologies and platforms, best practices and patterns, creating reusable components & frameworks, etc.
Act as focal point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.
Ensure project delivery on time along with adherence to code and quality standards.
Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Knowledge of platform marketplace products, their development lifecycle and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration strategies and best practices, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Familiarity with data management, migration, and optimization techniques in Salesforce.
Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce products and external systems.
Knowledge of additional Salesforce products and solutions, such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
Experience with other CRM or CPQ systems would be a plus.
Proven experience in leading the end-to-end architectural design and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder
