Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MS Dynamics Consultant with at least 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the various modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and possess a proven track record of successful implementations, customizations, and optimizations. 

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Technologies: Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Frameworks.

Required Skills

1. Proven experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Consultant with in-depth knowledge of various modules, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources.
2. Strong proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 through configuration, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
3. Extensive experience with data migration, integration tools, and third-party application integration.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, etc.
7. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
8. Analytical mindset and ability to think strategically about business processes and technology solutions.
9. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
2. Design, configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 modules to address specific business processes, workflows, and functionalities.
3. Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry standards, and innovative solutions related to MS Dynamics 365 across various modules.
4. Configure, develop and deliver MS Dynamics 365/NAV/ Business Central software and components in all functional and technical areas
5. Perform data migration, integration, and quality assurance activities to ensure smooth transition and accuracy of data within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
6. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize their proficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 applications.
7. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 modules to identify and resolve issues promptly.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with existing systems and processes.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, features, and updates within the MS Dynamics ecosystem to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
10. Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
11. Advanced knowledge of Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL, MySQL).
12. Experience integrating with web technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and web sockets
