About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven intern to support our HR operations. As a People Success Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the operational side of HR, including onboarding, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and process documentation. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about how HR processes run in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and file management.
Gain exposure to operational functions such as process documentation and process improvements under senior guidance.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain employee profiles in the HR system (HRIS).
Conduct office tours for new hires to familiarize them with workspace and facilities.
Coordinate and align onboarding group meetings for new employees.
Support HRIS/data entry and maintain employee records.
Help in preparing reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s student (7th/8th semester with flexible timetable/evening classes) or fresh graduate in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
Strong MS Office/Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred.
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR operations.
Familiarity and knack for using AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity in work.
Note: This is a 3-month onsite internship based in Karachi.
