Senior UI/UX Designer - Afternoon Shift

Role 
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role will focus on translating user needs and business goals into effective designs through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. The designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate product requirements and user insights into visually engaging and functional designs.
• Conduct and support UX research activities including usability testing, surveys, and user interviews.
• Analyze feedback and research findings to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams during sprint planning and execution.
• Apply and contribute to design systems, UI patterns, and documentation.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability benchmarks.
• Prepare design assets and specifications for smooth developer handoff.
• Explore AI-powered tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, and design exploration while ensuring quality and relevance.
• Support QA reviews to validate UX consistency and design accuracy.

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working on SaaS, web, or mobile products.
• Exposure to data-driven design and usability analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
