Role 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Business Services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and 2+ years of experience to support business operations. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop compelling and customized business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. 
  • Conduct client calls, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client requirements. 
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive documentation, including reports, contracts, and business correspondence. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and streamline business processes and deliverables. 
  • Support business development initiatives through research, data analysis, and proposal creation. 
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing pitch decks and client-focused collateral. 
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects with a keen eye for detail and quality 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing, business development, or a similar role 
  • Pre-sales experience with a strong understanding of business processes and service delivery models 
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments 
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail 
  • Confidence and professionalism in client interactions
