Translate business needs into user stories and requirements with clear acceptance criteria and testable outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, QA, and architecture to define solution approaches, evaluate trade-offs, and shape MVP scope for iterative delivery.
Define and track product success metrics (e.g., adoption, workflow efficiency, operational improvements, and stakeholder satisfaction) and use insights to inform prioritization.
Ensure alignment on the product roadmap and release objectives, including scope and dependencies, and communicate decisions clearly through PRDs, user journeys, release notes, and decision logs.
Optional / in partnership with a Project Manager: Support sprint ceremonies (planning/refinement) and release readiness by coordinating timelines, cross-team dependencies, and operational handover activities.
