Role  

We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer with a strong foundation in backend development using Python and a passion for learning modern frontend and cross-platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python (preferably Django or Flask), and be eager to expand into React.js for frontend development and .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile and desktop applications. 

The role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work across the stack, contribute to real-world projects, and grow into a well-rounded full stack developer. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, participate in architectural discussions, and receive mentorship while contributing to clean, scalable, and maintainable code. 

Responsibilities  

• Assist in full lifecycle application development  

• Assist in designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages  

• Contribute to the front-end graphical user interface implementation.  

• Collaborate in integrating software with existing systems with the help of Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.  

• Assists in the software testing and quality assurance.  

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to perform software testing and identify and report any defects or issues.  

• Supporting, maintaining and documenting software functionality  

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to identify the business “Technical needs” from specifications and requirements 

Requirements   

• Basic understanding of Python programming and related frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django). 

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web development concepts. 

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

• Final year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
