Role
We are on the look-out for Senior Full Stack Java Developers skilled with Springboot framework , ReactJS and AWS experience

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Architect and coordinating technical aspect of software development activities including design, architecture, development and implementation of applications
• Identify and implement opportunities for development process improvement like evaluating and adopting new technologies and platforms, best practices and patterns, creating reusable components & frameworks, etc.
• Act as focal point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.
• Ensure project delivery on time along with adherence to code and quality standards.
• Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, including building RESTful APIs, implementing security (OAuth2/JWT), handling database integrations (JPA/Hibernate), managing microservices architecture, performance tuning, and using Spring ecosystem modules (Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.).
• Proficient in React JS, including state management, performance optimization, reusable components, API integration, testing, and modern JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Strong skills in implementing observability and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) through effective troubleshooting.
• Practiced maintaining 80% unit test coverage for Java (using JUnit) and React (using Jest), ensuring code quality, reliability, and robust application behavior.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, working with RDS, and handling graph data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Redis or similar caching solutions for improving application performance and scalability.
• Experience with trunk-based development workflows is a plus.
