The Role 

We are seeking Quality Assurance professional with strong grounding in manual testing and Azure DevOps test management. Experienced in AI testing, including LLM validation and guardrails to ensure reliability and compliance. Familiar with Playwright for test automation, with flexibility to deepen hands-on expertise. Demonstrates willingness to learn and execute UAT testing across cross-functional teams. Comfortable testing MVPs in fast-paced environments, ensuring quality from early-stage releases. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Design, execute, and document manual test cases while managing test plans and defects in Azure DevOps. 

• Validate AI and LLM-based features, including guardrails, accuracy, bias, and reliability checks. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform UAT testing and ensure business requirements are met. 

• Support MVP testing by rapidly validating core functionalities in agile, fast-moving environments. 

• Contribute to automation efforts using Playwright and continuously upskill in modern testing practices. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Strong experience in manual testing with a clear understanding of test case design, execution, and defect tracking. 

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management and collaboration. 

• Knowledge of AI testing concepts, including LLM behavior validation and guardrails. 

• Familiarity with Playwright or similar automation tools, with a willingness to expand automation skills. 

• Experience or readiness to work on UAT and MVP testing in agile, fast-paced development environments.
