Lead Solution Architect - Microsoft Technologies - Morning/Afternoon Shift

Role 

As a Microsoft Solutions Architect within our Technology Consulting & Implementation practice, you will play a key role in designing, leading, and delivering enterprise grade Microsoft solutions for our clients across diverse industries. This role demands a balance of deep technical expertise, consulting acumen, and delivery leadership to drive impactful digital transformation programs across Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructures. 

Need to work for pre-sales, project delivery, and client stakeholders to architect secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and Microsoft best practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Architect end-to-end Microsoft cloud and hybrid solutions, spanning Azure IaaS/PaaS, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Active Directory. 
• Translate client business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology architectures. 
• Align solution designs with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework, Zero Trust models, and enterprise architecture standards. 
• Lead technical discovery sessions, assessments, and architecture reviews. 
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and technical teams during digital transformation journeys. 
• Guide clients on cloud adoption, security posture, compliance requirements, and modern workplace strategies. 
• Partner with sales and solution teams to support opportunity shaping, RFP responses, and solution presentations. 
• Lead PoCs, solution demos, and technical deep dives for prospective clients. 
• Develop architecture blueprints, migration roadmaps, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses. 
• Provide end-to-end solution leadership from planning through implementation and go-live. 
• Support hands-on deployment, integration, and troubleshooting during delivery. 
• Lead and mentor implementation teams, ensuring delivery excellence and best practices. 
• Ensure smooth handover and knowledge transfer to client IT teams post-delivery. 

Requirements: 

• 10 years+ of experience in IT, with at least 6+ years in Microsoft enterprise solution architecture and implementation roles. 
• Proven track record in client-facing roles within a technology consulting or services environment. 
• Expertise across: 
• Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Identity, Security) 
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Compliance) 
• Hybrid infrastructures (Active Directory, ADFS, WSUS, System Center, migration tools) 
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks, governance, and compliance (e.g., Zero Trust, CIS, NIST). 
• Microsoft certifications highly preferred: 
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
