Role

Lead QA and testing activities across enterprise technology projects, establishing effective testing processes and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the software development lifecycle. Drive manual and automated testing strategies while collaborating with business users, development teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test execution, automation, reporting, and defect management.
• Define and implement test strategies, test approaches, and quality processes aligned with project requirements.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Create and maintain QA documentation including Test Approach, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Automation Scripts, Defect Reports, and Test Summary Reports.
• Identify testing requirements and develop effective test cases to support functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Integrate automated testing into delivery pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple products, systems, and integrations.
• Establish product readiness criteria and support supplier acceptance and UAT activities.
• Train testers and end users on testing processes, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrate QA processes, automation capabilities, and Azure DevOps usage to stakeholders.
• Monitor testing progress, manage defects, identify risks, and provide quality insights throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 8 plus years of working experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead managing enterprise-level testing activities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong experience with Playwright and test automation frameworks.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and integrating automation into CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and UAT processes.
• Experience creating test documentation and QA artefacts aligned with testing standards.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting QA engineers and testers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
