Role:
Ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience, be adept in HR operations, encompassing employee relations, onboarding, and policy adherence, contributing effectively to the overall HR function’s success in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Execute employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit formalities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the performance management cycle by tracking progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring completion of required steps.
- Handle employee queries and provide first-level support on HR-related matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Enhance HR processes with automation using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and other emerging automation platforms.
- Support the execution of HR initiatives such as engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for tracking key metrics for review.
- Use AI tools to support communication drafting, reporting, and routine workflow tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR Management, including sound experience in HR Operations Management
- Familiarity with HCM software such as Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter – should be excited to take initiatives
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Should thrive in fast paced, VUCA environment and able to work independently, proposing creative solutions to problems with minimal supervision
- Solid analytical and time management skills
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant domain.
- Candidates with experience in IT Sector would have an added advantage, preferably mid to large-scale organizations.
