Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team  and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including but not limited to onboarding, employee relations, and allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including handling inquiries and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and training programs.
  • Assist in organizing HR events and activities, such as training sessions, team-building events, and recognition programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing documents, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Graduate, in Human Resources or a related field
  • Understanding of HR Management principles
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Good Analytical & Reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
