Senior Software Consultant - Data Analyst

Role  

10Pearls is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions that drive data-informed decision-making. In this role, you will create interactive dashboards, visual reports, and data models using Power BI while ensuring data accuracy and consistency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver insights that enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning. 

Responsibilities:  

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.  

• Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing.  

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics, trends, and insights for various stakeholders.  

• Work with large datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across different Systems and platforms.  

• Support data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all data operations.  

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 

• 3–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role. 

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets. 

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. 

• Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and reporting best practices. 

• Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques and their business applications. 

• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder collaboration. 

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. 

• Experience in financial reporting or forecasting will be a plus.
