Lead - Finance - Night Shift

Role
Looking to add a Finance Lead to our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.

Role
Looking to add a Finance Lead to our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurately financial reports monthly, quarterly and annual in accordance with IFRS / US GAAP.
- Liaison with auditors for timely completion of audit.
- Prepare monthly and annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Ensure reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Prepare contractors payment which are located in different locations.
- Perform due diligence / valuation of target acquisitions.
- Any other task as and when required.
- Must be ACCA qualified, ICMA qualified or CA finalist.
- Previous experience working in a finance or payroll team.
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication & social skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Shift Timings from 6:00 PM Till 3:00 AM (Night Shifts)
