About Company 10Pearls is an AI-native global digital engineering partner. AI isn't a feature we bolt on, it is the foundation of everything we build. From agentic AI systems and generative AI applications to custom machine learning and enterprise platforms, we help ambitious organisations move faster and build what's next. Our clients span healthcare, financial services, retail, telecoms, media, and energy. We measure success on a double bottom line: commercial growth and positive change.
The Role We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Associate Account Executive to join our London team. This is a client-facing internship that sits at the heart of how we grow, supporting senior Account Executives, engaging prospects, representing 10Pearls at industry events, and contributing to the analysis and proposals that win business. You will get real exposure to the full sales cycle: from researching target accounts and preparing for discovery calls, to supporting proposals and following up after events. If you are ambitious, articulate, and genuinely excited about AI and digital transformation, this role will give you a strong commercial foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior Account Executives across the full pipeline, research, outreach, meeting preparation, and follow-up
Join client and prospect meetings, contribute to discussions, and capture key outcomes
Help prepare proposals, presentations, and demos that clearly articulate our AI-native capabilities
Plan and execute elements of the UK events programme - roundtables, AI briefings, partner events, and conferences
Represent 10Pearls on the ground at events: start conversations, build relationships, follow up on leads
Research target accounts and industries to identify opportunities and inform our go-to-market approach
Contribute to business analysis activities: requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication
Support the creation of commercial content - briefing materials, LinkedIn posts, event summaries

Recent graduate from a UK university, ideally in Business, Technology, or a related discipline
Strong communication skills - professional, confident, and credible with senior stakeholders
Commercially aware with a genuine interest in technology and AI
Organised and proactive; comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
Comfortable representing a brand at events and engaging with people you have not met before
Good to Have
Exposure to sales, business development, or client-facing roles - in a job, internship, or university setting
Familiarity with CRM tools, JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Interest in generative AI, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation
