Role
10Pearls is seeking a Visual Designer – AI-Enhanced Design who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. This role is ideal for a highly creative and technically adept designer who combines strong visual storytelling skills with hands-on experience in AI-powered design tools.
You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of digital products and marketing campaigns, leveraging both traditional design principles and emerging AI workflows to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities
• Design compelling visual assets for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand communications across web, mobile, and social platforms.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and user-centric visual experiences.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma plugins) to accelerate concept development and asset generation.
• Translate brand guidelines into scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Refine AI-generated outputs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to ensure production-ready quality.
• Stay current with design trends, AI advancements, and emerging creative technologies to continuously enhance workflows.
• Contribute to the evolution of 10Pearls’ visual language and design standards.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in visual, graphic, or communication design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools for image and content creation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML).
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows and prompt engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Interest in AI-driven products and emerging technologies.
