About the Role
As the Director of Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enabling strategic marketing & execution across our Pakistan-based and global delivery operations. You’ll partner closely with leadership, marketing, sales, finance, HR, and delivery teams to ensure operational excellence, workforce alignment, and client satisfaction.
This role blends hands-on operations management with client engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable, disciplined, and value-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Governance: Review and manage NDAs, MSAs/PSAs, and SOWs in collaboration with legal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Approve pricing models and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with financial targets and delivery feasibility.
Operations Coordination: Drive alignment across business processes, workforce planning, and execution across Pakistan. Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, onboarding, and employee experience to ensure team readiness.
Cross-Functional Influence
Partner with Sales, Delivery, Talent, and Product teams to ensure marketing supports their goals—from talent acquisition to product launches and customer retention.
Marketing Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing SEO, Content Marketing, and Website teams. Regularly review and monitor competitor marketing strategies to identify gaps and develop plans that strengthen our market positioning.
Client Account Management: Support strategic account planning, client reviews, and executive touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and growth. Design and manage meaningful client engagement and retention strategies. Oversee proactive collection efforts and manage escalations to secure revenue.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing and business operations leadership within the services sector.
Proven ability to drive both strategy and execution across geographies in a high-growth environment
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing models, and service delivery frameworks
Solution-oriented, collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
Strong executive communication skills and experience collaborating with C-suite
Global mindset with sensitivity to cultural and market differences
Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus
