Role
10Pearls is hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET and Angular. You’ll be responsible for building responsive, modern frontends and robust, scalable back-end services to deliver secure and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with component-based architecture, RESTful API development using .NET, and modern front-end practices with Angular. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and system performance.
Responsibilities
Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design and implementation of applications
As a seasoned resource and principal developer in project teams, provide expert opinion and guidance on business & technical matters
Takes on additional responsibilities as and when required and encourage cohesion & team building
Acts as a point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects
Proactively plan and strategize with team on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives
Mentors the other technical staff, assists them where needed and leads the effort in resolving technical challenges
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using C# .NET
Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems
Proficiency in API development: RESTful, GraphQL, and .NET Web API
Strong frontend development skills using Angular
Experience designing event-driven architectures and real-time data processing
Solid understanding of SQL Server, including writing queries and stored procedures
Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Ability to write unit tests to ensure maintainable, high-quality code
Familiarity with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, SQL Database, etc.)
Experience working with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Skills
Background in financial services or accounting systems
Experience working with corporate finance, accounting, or ERP systems
Exposure to modernizing legacy applications (monolith to microservices)
Familiarity with real-time streaming workflows
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure AKS
Knowledge of Pega BPM, Informatica, or similar workflow automation tools
Experience with Confluent Kafka for real-time data streaming
Familiarity with Snowflake for querying, performance tuning, and data integration
