Role We are looking for an Executive Finance – Night Shift (Karachi) to support billing, accounts payable, and financial reporting activities, particularly for LATAM entities. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on ERP exposure, and the ability to work effectively in a night-shift environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer billing and intercompany invoices with accuracy before period close
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and Accounts Payable
Process and review vendor invoices for LATAM entities, ensuring correct accounting, cost center allocation, and tax treatment
Perform vendor reconciliations, manage AP aging, and follow up on pending approvals and payments
Coordinate with suppliers and regional teams to resolve discrepancies
Support preparation of financial statements and reporting for assigned entities
Prepare basic financial reports, schedules, and variance analysis for management
Maintain accurate documentation to support audits and reporting requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Partial professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA are a plus)
2–3 years of relevant experience (additional experience is welcome)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAGE Intacct preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel (reconciliations, lookups, basic formulas)
Ability to work independently in a night-shift setup and collaborate with regional teams
Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT)
Willing to work for a full-time onsite position in Karachi (5 days a week)
