Role:
Ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of experience, be adept in HR operations, encompassing employee relations, onboarding, and policy adherence, contributing effectively to the overall HR function’s success in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Execute onboarding processes including documentation, announcements, orientation coordination, and system onboarding.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs with high accuracy and timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of exit process including clearances, documentation, and final settlements.
- Maintain and update employee data in HCM/HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, policies, and benefits.
- Enhance HR processes with automation using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and other emerging automation platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Admin) for seamless HR operations.
- Support employee engagement activities and assist in execution of initiatives and events.
- Assist in performance management cycles (quarterly/bi-annual reviews, documentation, follow-ups).
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and suggest improvements or automation opportunities (AI/tools where relevant).
- Generate basic HR reports and dashboards (attendance, attrition, engagement, etc.)
Requirements
An ideal candidate may have the following:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR Management, including sound experience in HR Operations Management
- Familiarity with HCM software such as Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter – should be excited to take initiatives
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Should thrive in fast paced, VUCA environment and able to work independently, proposing creative solutions to problems with minimal supervision
- Solid analytical and time management skills
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant domain.
- Candidates with experience in IT Sector would have an added advantage, preferably mid to large-scale organizations.
