Role 

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in developing robust and scalable digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and Keycloak for authentication and access management. Proficiency in Go is essential, complemented by experience working with Angular, Flutter, React, and Java. The role requires a deep understanding of digital banking platforms and core banking integrations. A combination of Go + Angular + fintech experience may also be considered. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and help deliver secure, high-performance financial applications tailored to the needs of the banking and fintech industry. 

Responsibilities  

  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications. 

  • Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert. 

  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals. 

  • Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues. 

  • Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality. 

  • Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives. 

  • Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams. 

  • Promote team cohesion and foster a collaborative working environment. 

Requirements   

  • Hands-on experience with AWS 

  • Experience with Keycloak for authentication and access management 

  • Proficiency in Go 

  • Experience with Angular, Flutter, React, and Java 

  • Experience working on digital banking platforms and integrations 

  • Familiarity with core banking integrations 

  • Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions 

  • Comfortable working in agile teams with strong communication and collaboration skills
