Principal/Staff Software Consultant - .Net FullStack + AWS

Role  
10Pearls is seeking an experienced Full Stack developer with strong expertise in .NET and AWS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable web applications while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Utilizing your deep knowledge of the .NET framework, modern front-end frameworks and cloud services, you will contribute to building robust and efficient solutions.  

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership by designing and architecting highly scalable, maintainable, and secure systems across the organization. 
• Ensure that company engineering practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and security standards, are maintained at the highest level. 
• Drive the technical roadmap and align architectural decisions with both business strategy and client needs, serving as a key technical advisor. Lead complex technical discussions with both internal teams and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.  
• Embrace and promote a consulting mindset, acting as a technical expert who advises clients on innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.  
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends to continuously improve technical skills.  
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth across teams, and maintaining a culture of learning and innovation.  
• Play a key role in the recruitment process, interviewing and selecting top technical talent for the organization, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.  
• Act as focal point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.

Requirements 

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or related discipline 
• 5-7 years of expertise in developing n-tier applications 
• Experience in .Net along with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, front end frameworks (ANY) and Kafka & Kubernetes skills valuable. 
• 3-4 years of expertise in AWS 
• Excellent programming and analytical skills with knowledge of design patterns 
• Strong Object-oriented design and understanding of system architecture 
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 
• Knowledge on AI is preferred
